Day 1 – Thursday, 17th July

• Chenin Blanc Masterclass (2 hours, 80 pax)
• Varietal Tasting Pods (3 hours, 36 wines – 6 per varietal/style: Chenin Blanc, Pinotage, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Cap Classique; 80 pax: Trade & Media)
• Paired Wine Dinner (Ticketed consumer event, 50 pax)

Day 2 – Friday, 18th July

• Paired Wine Influencer Lunch (Invite-only, 20 pax)
• Paired Wine Dinner (Ticketed consumer event, 50 pax)

How the Theme Tasting Pods Work

• There will be 6 themed pods, each accommodating 6 wines.
• Each pod must represent a single varietal theme (e.g., Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cap Classique, etc.).
• This format provides a cost-effective way for producers to showcase wines. Physical attendance is not required, though producers are welcome if they plan to travel during event dates.
• Eligibility: Participating producers must be paid-up WoSA members.
• WoSA staff will manage the pods, present wines, and ensure quality (e.g., fault-checking, chilling white/sparkling wines).
• Cost of participation: R1,500 per wine, plus six sample bottles per market (to be shipped as part of the event consignment).
• WoSA will collaborate with DHL as the appointed freight forwarder. Shipping costs and deadlines will be communicated upon confirmation of participation. Producers will pay DHL directly.
• Producers must confirm the pod(s) they wish to register for.

All wines will be listed in the event catalogue, including technical specifications and producer contact information, which will be shared at the pods in print format
